| why is it everyone thinks saying what is wrong is gonna make you feel better? where did they come up with that? because I have yet to tell someone anything that made me feel better. so...where did that idea come from? |

It comes from having been there and it works.
you do however have to choose wisely who to tell. Eventually, with enough practise and healing, you'll be able to tell everyone, randomly, without the feelings of fear and shame.
There's freedom in that. being able to tell it just as you would tell people where you work or what school you go to.

| it hasn't helped me by talkign to anyone about it. all it does is make it hurt worse and make me angry. then others wanna know and just bug you to tell them and never shut up about it. UGH. this sucks. i dont want to do this anymore. |

It will pass Rosie, you won't always be this alone. I know it sucks bigtime right now, but it will pass.
