naming the perpetrator

Hello all,
I have a question regarding naming the perpetrator on this forum.
First of all, whether it is allowed. It is a public forum, it seems like searching by name for someone on the internet would bring up this posting. Is it within legal bounds to name someone here? Is it something the administration of this site is encouraging or discouraging?

Aside from the legal aspect, would you? I guess this is a question for a poll. I would really like to know. I am up in the air about it.

I have no problem naming him he's dead I'm glad but I'll always wonder
how many other little girls who are women now did he destroy? before he died his mother knew him for what he was and knew that the priest who molested him would never pay he's dead too. but this women never told the women he was dating when she met them, but she told me when I was nine. so yeah I'm pretty confident that I would name him no problem.

i can't seem to figure out how to post to this poll but i wouldn't name my perps here, i wouldn't name them anywhere. it's just too much for me to name them. i guess i'm not strong enough.

I dunno if i ever said his name sooo i'd fall under i dont know. i could probably tell you his name but it'd do no good. dunno the last name sooo ha. but i might.

Rosie it doesn't matter at four I didn't know the name, as I got older and it kept happening over and over, some of them I knew some of them, I didnt, one I was married to, one I worked with, Ive run into two who actually apologized and thought they had done something noble, they had Daughters and more than ever wanted forgiveness, to hte one brave enough to ask I gave it but no my heart wasn't in it, and they knew it, I wanted them to know my heart was'nt
in it, I only know the full name of the one who did it over and over and over, and it might make me a bad person but I'm still glad he's dead, for some resason this is very triggery, me me to discuss, I only have my best freind and this site wich I have only been posting at for a short while, Rosie much love to you and all of you for the help that you have given me here

Legal issues aside I did name my abuser on this site, although it was in the peer poetry forum. I would and could name him in a post if I wanted to. Don't know if he's still living and don't really care. I never want to see him again. Butterfly Wink
