To start, have a think about what you see as being your life and tap into the feelings you have about it. Beginning to expore ourselves takes becoming aware of ourselves and what we believe we can or can't do.

Connection grows from there. If you have questions about spiritual perpectives that might guide your undertanding towards knowing yourself, ask about them.
