i been sitting here for two hour sshakin. im tryin as hard as i can not to cut. i threw my blade away. but i cant get a breath. my chest is horribl y tight and my eyez are dry. my haed is pounding hard and i just cant get any air. its lil.k no matter how deep i gasp i cant get a breath. i scartch my face but that won hlep. im tryin not to cut. i know i fi do i wont even try to hide it. i duno what to do. im tryin but i dont know if ic an do it.
