I'm trying to remind myself to look at the good in each day instead of the bad. Each thing I've done in a day goes into my "Daily Victory" category. I know it helps me to see it written out. From something as small as getting dressed on a bad day to going shopping with a friend on a REALLY good day. I think it helps to remind myself that it isn't all bad.

imkissy that sounds like a really positive thing to do.

I know it can get hard to do at times.

I try to focus on what i am grateful for in my life and there is a lot despite the pain i go though while healing.

What a fantastic, positive move! Keep it up! Being positive is a great way to "stick the finger up to the abuser"!
